• Please submit a 500-word abstract using the IEA 2009 abstract-template. All abstracts will be reviewed for relevance, technical merit, and clarity.
• Choose ONE primary track and ONE secondary track for your paper at the time of abstract submission. The track must be related to your paper. This information will be used by the committee for assigning appropriate reviewers and scheduling sessions.
• Instructions for preparation of the final paper will be sent to the corresponding author of accepted abstracts.
• Please use the IEA2009-full paper-template when preparing your full paper for submission. Each paper should be between 5-8pages.
• All final papers must be submitted as pdf files.
• The final camera-ready paper must be submitted by 1 APRIL 2009.

Each submission will be assigned a PAPER ID. Please quote this in all correspondences.

Abstract Review

• All abstracts will be peer reviewed.
• English shall be the official language throughout the Congress.
• For special sessions conducted in Mandarin, translation of the abstracts into English must be provided by the authors.
• Paper publication is based on condition that at least one author will register and present the paper at the congress.
• Each FIRSTauthor is permitted to submit a maximum of TWO papers only.
