Conference pack

The conference pack includes:

• Attendance to all scientific sessions and exhibition
• One copy of the Congress proceedings (CD-ROM)
• One copy of the programme book
• Five lunches
• Ten tea/coffee breaks
• One welcome reception
• One congress dinner
• Use of meeting room for Technical Committee meeting

*Accompanying person fee covers welcome reception, and congress dinner only.

Payment must be made in advance.

The payee is China Comfort Travel Group Co., Ltd. Only MasterCard, Visa and American Express will be accepted. Fees will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to fluctuation in exchange rates.

Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Local Organizing Committee. The refund of registration fee with remittance charge deducted will be processed after the conference. The refund policy is given below.
