Hotel Reservations

A sufficient number of rooms have been reserved at Juihua Spa & Resort for the Congress. Special rates will be obtained for the participants of the Congress. However please note that this rate may be applied only if you book through the Local Organizing Committee.

Accommodation will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis. Early booking is therefore strongly advised. The accommodation booking must be guaranteed by your credit card number. A one night room fee will be charged to your credit card if you make a reservation and do not show up at the hotel.

                 *Congress Venue: 16th district
                 **Room rates for 16th and 15th districts include western breakfast.
                ***Room rates for 10th district include Chinese breakfast served in 10th district.
              ****Western breakfast is only served in 16th district.

Cancellation
All cancellations and changes must be made in writing.

In case of cancellation after July 20, 2009, or does not arrive at the hotel on the confirmed reservation date, one night's deposit will be charged as an administrative fee.
