1. If a paper has been accepted for an oral presentation at IEA 2009, one of the authors must
     complete a registration form via the Web Site of IEA 2009 (www.iea2009.org) before July 10,
     2009. If the Organizing Committee can’t receive your registration form by July 10, 2009, your
     paper won’t be put in the final program as an oral presentation.

 2. With regard to the Workshops, the attendee registration due is July 10, 2009. Please do the
     online registration at the Web Site of IEA 2009. According to the policy of the workshops
     arrangement, a workshop will be cancelled if its registered attendees are less than 10 people.
     The refunds will be made to the workshop registrants if the workshop is cancelled.
